Evan Matheson

Evan is a managing partner and co-founder of Matheson Capital. He is primarily responsible for acquisition analysis, evaluating property-level performance, and asset management. Prior to Matheson Capital, Evan worked as a broker at Marcus & Millichap in Raleigh, NC, where he was an integral part of the top team in the region He graduated from Columbia University's Masters in Real Estate Development Program in 2018, and he graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2014.
